Ross Contracting, Inc. has multiple ongoing contracts to complete work on sanitary sewer, water, and stormwater rehabilitation projects located in Environmentally Sensitive Areas. These projects require stream restoration in order to protect the environment and utility assets.
To protect these assets, our team builds, installs, and maintains stream structures to include riffle grades, sills, cross-veins, J-Hooks, imbricated walls, root wads, soil lifts. We also utilize stream diversions with either pumps and/or stream channelization.
We have worked closely with the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission and the National Park Service, so our team is adept in adhering to the highest standards of restoration.
